We would ask you to observe the following rules and regulations during your stay with us. They are intended to ensure that both you and the fish remain happy and safe during your trip. Failure to follow these rules may result in you being asked to leave before the end of your holiday.

• No fish must be killed or removed from the fishery.
• Night fishing is permitted, but we ask that noise is kept to a minimum and bite alarms are turned down.
• Fishing permits are not required.
• No swimming or wading.
• Rods must be attended at all times.
• No more than three rods per person.
• Pegs must be kept tidy at all times.
• All fish must be released without delay. Keepnets and carp sacks are not allowed.
• All hooks must have micro-barbs, including those for catfish.
• Anglers must use the supplied landing nets, unhooking mats and weigh slings.
• Weigh slings and unhooking mats should be kept damp to avoid damaging fish.
• All anglers must carry disgorgers and/or forceps and know how to use them.
• Anglers must use the supplied fish first aid kits when required.
• Anglers must use a minimum of 12lb mono for carp and 15lb mono for catfish with 40lb coated braid leader hook length.
• No particle baits are allowed (e.g. nuts, seeds and pulses).
• No camp fires are allowed anywhere on the site.
• All litter and unused bait must be removed from the bankside - this includes cigarette butts and discarded end tackle. No litter or cigarette butts to be thrown in the lake.
• No child under the age of 12 is allowed to fish without adult supervision.
• Bankside vegetation and trees must not be damaged.
• Alcohol is permitted at the fishery in moderation. Anyone found to be intoxicated at the bankside will be asked to leave.
• No dogs are allowed unless by previous arrangement with the owner.
• No trespassing in surrounding farmland or woods.
